HAMS OCTOBERFEST COMMUNITY FESTIVAL 

The HAMS Octoberfest Community Festival is set for Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Riley Chapel Methodist Church, 1107 Church Street, Gulfport, MS, from 10 am to 5 pm. This annual event brings the community together for fellowship, idea-sharing, meeting neighbors, voter registration, vendor showcases, interaction with government officials, delicious food, fun activities, and great music.

This year's festival will also feature a Community Information Hub offering healthcare, social security, employment, expungement assistance, and more. The event aims to raise awareness about important issues, provide valuable information, recruit new members, and form partnerships within our community.

Registration is Free; we actively seek sponsors, vendors, entrepreneurs, and entertainers. Those interested in marketing goods, or services, or providing entertainment, we welcome your participation. Proceeds and donations benefit the KP Hall restoration project. Complete the online application at www.handscoms.org or mail it to the Handsboro and Mississippi City Civic Organization

Note: Vendors are responsible for supplying tables, chairs, signs, booths, and electricity. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises. The vendor will be contacted upon receipt of their application.  

Riley Chapel United Methodist Church and the Handsboro and Mississippi City Civic Organization are not responsible for any liability, lost or stolen, damaged merchandise, or any injury incurred during the festival. Your registration for this event is an acknowledgment that you agree to abide by the rules and policy of this festival.
